The Client authorizes and empowers Colorado Canine Concierge, LLC to walk/care for the animals in the home and in designated public locations.
All canines are to be in good health, currently vaccinated and up to date on their shots for the safety and prevention of diseases.
The client has described fully and completely any previous displays of aggression of any type from their animals (including aggression toward other animals or people). Should the pet sitter be bitten or otherwise exposed to any disease from the client's animal which has not been properly and currently vaccinated, it will be the client's responsibility to pay all costs and damages incurred by the victim.
The client herby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the pet sitter from any and all liability that may result from the following:any injuries inflicted by the animals on other animals or humans, any destructive behavior in the house (ie. chewing, house soiling, breakage of any items in the home).
In the event of inclement weather or natural disaster, Colorado Canine Concierge, LLC is entrusted to use its best judgement in caring for the pet(s) and home. Colorado Canine Concierge, LLC will be help harmless for consequences related to such decisions.
Colorado Canine Concierge, LLC reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time before or during its term. If it is determined that the client's pet or the client's dwelling poses a danger to health or safety of a pet sitter, client authorizes pet to be placed in a kennel, with all expenses to be paid by the client.
Should the veterinarian specified by the client be unavailable, Colorado Canine Concierge, LLC is authorized to approve medical and/or emergency treatment (excluding euthanasia) as recommended by a veterinarian. Client agrees to pay for or reimburse Colorado Canine Concierge, LLC for expenses incurred.
Client understands this contract and takes full responsibility for prompt payment of fees and services by Colorado Canine Concierge, LLC. A finance charge of 20% per month will be added to unpaid balances after thirty days. A handling fee of $35.00 will be charged for all returned checks. One half deposit is required on lengthy assignments or packages that are $200.00 or more in total balance, with the balance to be paid in full at completion of job. Clients with history of late payments will be required to pay in advance before services are rendered. In the event it is necessary to initiate collection proceedings on the account, client will be responsible for all attorney's fees and costs of collection.
Extra fees for excessive cleaning requirements caused by Client's pet (diarrhea, vomit, getting into the trash, etc..) may be added to the bill.
If Owner needs to cancel any scheduled services, let Colorado Canine Concierge,, LLC As Soon As Possible. Guidelines are as follows: Dog walks and pet-sitting visits require at least 24 hours notice and holiday's 7 days notice. Visits cancelled after these guidelines will result in full pay services.
Colorado Canine Concierge, LLC accepts personal checks and cash as forms of payment.
A Holiday Fee will be assessed to visits including a $5.00 surcharge for walks and a $15.00 surcharge for overnights (Holidays include: New Year's Day, New Year's Eve, Martine Luther King's Birthday, President's Day , Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.)
Colorado Canine Concierge, LLC agrees to provide the services stated in this contract in a loving, reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Colorado Canine Concierge, LLC and pet sitter except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Colorado Canine Concierge, LLC or the pet sitter.
